Welcome to Wellness and Adventure Travel in the great outdoors around the World 

After we have spent time locked indoors during the first stage of the pandemic, we started to understand that we could be outdoors and travel and be healthy.  I have always told the people that travel with me to Italy, that you will not gain weight in Italy with me and in fact you can loose weight without giving up pasta, wine or bread. The same is said for other places around the world. What is my secret.....walk, hike, explore....On my trips, we walk a minimum of 10,000 to 15,000 steps a day. We explore cities and towns by foot and look for opportunities to be outdoors and always look for the outdoor places to eat.  So on our healthy places to visit for 2022 is Bali, Sicily, Vietnam & Cambodia and yes Morocco. Morocco is known for its spa's and if you have not had a Hamman, then it should be on your bucket list of things to do. Also a night or 2 under the stars in a tented camp can do wonders for your mental health and well being.  So grab your Fitbit watch, your hiking sticks and let's explore the best of off the beaten path places that will inspire you to be healthy.
